Pastors/rabbis can bring their assistant pastors.
The number of assistant pastors a pastor can bring is calculated like this:
2 assistant pastors per 50 members in a church/congregation, 80 members - 3 assistant pastors, 100 members - 4 assistant pastors, etc.

Also pastors/rabbis can bring 1-2 prayer ministers.
Prayer ministers join in the prayer for the retreat,
but they cannot attend the main sessions.

*Minimum number of members
in churches/congregations – 50 people.
How do I attend offline?
To attend the retreat, you need to decide which
format suits you better: online or in person

the retreat fee.

How much does the retreat cost?
You are welcome to calculate your attendance fee
at our website in the section “attendance format”.
Early-bird registration is available before
September 20, 2021.
Registration is complete after the full or partial
payment is made.

I don't need accommodation. Can the price for accommodation be excluded from my registration fee?
Yes, you can choose the most convenient format of
your attendance. In the section “attendance
format” – “offline” – “calculate” choose: the dates
you desire to attend as well as
meals/accommodation if necessary.
Based on the options you choose your individual
cost of the retreat will be calculated.
Admission to the sessions is the only obligatory
Where will the retreat take place offline?
The Pastors' retreat will take place in a secluded place outside Kyiv. The exact address you'll receive in an email after you register and make a down
payment. You will receive an alert message to your email
about any changes.
Can I bring my children to the retreat?
The retreat is an adult-only event.
How to attend online?
You can attend online via the ZOOM platform.
You’ll have a chance to participate in the
Interactive Forum session, and ask questions in

  2. After your registration has been confirmed, use the link in the email to make the payment.
You’ll receive an email with all the details about
your online attendance several days before the event.
What is the language of the retreat?
The main language of the retreat is Russian. Worship songs may be in Hebrew, Ukrainian or other languages.
We can provide interpretation to English. Interpretation is provided on a paid basis.

If you need interpretation, please mark this in your registration form.
What is the cancellation policy for the retreat?
In case of the unforeseen circumstances the retreat registration can be cancelled.
